Why I say, Huawei!

Despite new releases, Huawei has won my heart.

So the release of the latest P Series, the P20, was shortly after I acquired my P10 Plus. I was a bit upset as I did not keep up to date with the news and rather wait for the new release but nevertheless, this was my first Huawei device and my oh my am I impressed.

I currently have the P10 plus and I am absolutely content with it. Huawei has had a humble beginning which quickly rose to fame, overtaking the likes of Nokia, Sony, and Blackberry to name a few. Huawei were the new kids on the block and they really made a name for themselves. Let’s look at what I am enjoying about my P10m Plus.

Day to day usage – The phone’s fast
Octa-Core Cortex-A73 helps with speedy needs that I require on hand, from opening and sending emails too quickly transitioning to apps and phone logs. The camera which features Leica optics, dual-LED really takes those amazing snaps. The 128GB storage helps in storing my numerous documents and, don’t judge me, but all my Spongebob episodes!

So that’s a little about my P10 Plus. What’s next on the cards?

The P20 Pro was released in March this year, sales were fairly good after said reasons in my previous review of the P10 Plus. Huawei really had to meet up to great expectations but they did. I had a chance of playing with the P20 at the store. In the little time that I had with it I found it to be super fast, super comfy. Transitioning between apps and screens are seamless with the fingerprint sensor working magic when you need to have the easy access with a simple touch. It comes packed with the Android 8.1 Oreo which has no hassle running on the Octa-core (4×2.4 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) with the whopping 6GB RAM. The camera surpassed the P10, once again outdoing themselves, it comes with a tri camera with a 40MP, 20MP, and 8MP respectively.

Overall I cannot wait to get my hands on this device and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new device to give Huawei a look!
